“I’ve Been Good To Me” took more than two years to create, and is comprised of 20 unique collages that are made with media as diverse as wood veneer and silica flocking. Each hand-cut and assembled collage also combines traditional printmaking techniques, like silkscreen and monoprint, with advanced digital processes, and evokes the richly textured surfaces of the artist’s iconic and celebrated paintings of black women.
